Disappointed

We booked this hotel for a week hoping to have a great stay in Chiang Rai. Turns out the hotel is far from the town, they don't have any taxi's to the hotel (the staff said they wouldn't book a taxi as taxi's don't go to this hotel).
The staff was rude and unhelpful (other than the security guard he was lovely and arranged for someone to give us a lift into town so we could rent a motorbike).
The wifi at the hotel didn't work on mobile phones, and it was really slow on my laptop.
We will not be staying here again.

Great location and views

Recommend to visit.
Clean and large room with great view, locate in the MFU where inside the mountain. We will visit again for sure.
