Comfortable stay but bad dining

Room was large, quiet, clean and comfortable. Nice view of hills and green landscape. Good Wi-Fi in room. Free shuttle service to university campus and nearby restaurants (within about 5km).
Problems: Dining area was full of cats sitting on chairs and tables. No cook around when we visited. Very limited breakfast that was poor quality.

Poor receptionist, ignore customer. Rooms are far. Insects are very much and it's come into the room. Have a big gecko in front of my door's room. but good atmosphere and quiet.

Nice hotel
the hotel is good as its standard. The location is a bit far from the city but if you are seeking for peaceful vacation, it is a good place.

Good view, Natural. I like trees and environment. Good place to take rest.

Poor Maintenance
Toilet is so smelly and toilet curtain is clogged. Very inconvenience to use the toilet.
