Most receptionist were friendly

Stayed there for 3 nights. We booked tours on our own and most of the mornings we needed to stay at the lobby. Most receptionists were helpful to call up our tour operators except for one. Also, when I booked my hotel rooms weeks ago, I requested late check in and high floor, which was acknowledged by a reply from the hotel. However upon arrival, they allocated us rooms on the first storey. Breakfast was so so but they made effort to change the menu each day.

Good Quality Hotel But Very Noisy Location
Good hotel, clean, modern, helpful staff. No issues with the hotel itself. The location is central within Patong, but at night it is very noisy. There are pubs and nightclubs very close by that play... อ่านต่อ

Excellent Location
