Fantastic
Saw this hotel yrs back when it was new but the price was so expensive compare to those hotels beside and opposite. So give it a miss for past 2 yrs. This trip on my 1st day I stayed at a beachfront hotel but it was crap..worse hotel since I been here every yr since 2004. I cancelled the booking for rest of the days and dexided to pay a little bit more for The Lantern as during this low peak time the price was reasonable if its a good hotel.
Arrived at the hotel met with very friendly counter staffs and we were offer a nice welcome drink. Upon checking in when we opened the room door, fantastic huge room with white shiny tiles, comes with a beautiful sleeping crouch.full length window wall,separate standing shower and bathtub.
Location was the best..just 100m to main entertainment area n shopping area, beach is just 300m away.I have been to Phuket for more than 50 times, stayed in numerous hotels, but now if u asked me, is I have a choice (price issue) I wouldnt want to stay in anyother hotel anymore except The lantern Patong
