Bad location, but ok value

First, the bad: located in the north of the island away from the central roads. The taxi to the central beaches was an obvious ripoff (500 baht for 3km). The hotel’s private beach is 30m long from the public pier to the rocks.
Service is subpar. Don’t take Chale room, it needs a renovation and the bathroom is always wet and dirty. Take regular room (orchid 5), it looks and feels fresh and clean.

The good: amazing garden on the hotel territory, more impressing than in the hotels thrice more expensive.
Great sunsets. Great americano coffee with the fruity notes.

If you’re on the budget or just want one night to explore the island - get any offer on the Klong Chao beach (Peter Pan themed beach), it’s easy to explore from there.

Best beach is Ao Phrao.

Could do much better with what they have.

Not that great

Quiet hotel.
Was a bit to quiet for our taste but had a nice room. Good that we could rent a bike at the hotal to get to the more poppulated beaches. We didnt really enjoy the restaurant at the hotel or the break... อ่านต่อ
