Good hotel but inflexible manager.

Would have been very happy.....but. I made a mistake and booked for two nights, thinking I booked only one. When we arrived for first night, we asked if we could stay two nights instead of one. They said they had no rooms available. So I booked the second night at another hotel. When we went to check out after first night here, I found my mistake, and they were beligerent with me, and Agoda. Why didn't they confirm we had two nights when we checked in? Why would I intentionally book two separate hotels for the same night? So this hotel manager refused to allow me to cancel the reservation for the second night. And it was for a Saturday night. They could easily have given it to someone else, likely at a higher rate. Even if they didn't fill the room, they would have gotten a very complimentary review, instead of this intentionally scathing review. I have stayed in over 100 hotels in the last 365 days.
