Downgrade room , never clean room

I will never recommend this hotel to my friends. First day we went to hotel , the staff told us due to the raining weather , the room we currently booked is mountain view with a lot so monkey, so that they had upgraded our family room (2king size bed)to deluxe room . We r so grateful. When we open the door we saw added spring bed！ only ONE kingsize bed！the room was small should stay with 2 persons . We r four persons here. My Friends were not happy that I booked this kind of room. I said we see tmr if the weather is good we can change to our original room which is much more pretty. The next day , no more rains, so I went to the counter asked to change back to original room. The answer was cannot as my booked room was given to other people!!!! Ok never mind . We just swallowed it. We place "clean room" before we left the hotel in the morning. At 3 pm we were back from hot spring , the room is not tidy up and never TOP up anything. We used yesterday towels for showering. during showeri

Location is good and convenient nearby restaurant 7-11 and walk along the street is Aonang beach
For the hotel is not providing toothpaste and toothbrush have to buy at 7-11 yourself and cotton bugs.For the staff sometimes is quite rude while the attitude talking .As my private car is not coming ... อ่านต่อ
