Not 4 stars, who rate them? Not even 1.

Let’s start from the fact that we had to wait for the reception for almost 2 hours as nobody was sitting there when we arrived. We had to walk around. luckily the location was good and we had a car to store our stuff. The room is extremely dirty. dirt is everywhere even had some red signs on the bed that looks like blood, slept with closets. Shower was disgusting. the sink of the toilet in the bedroom and not in the toilet lol. Air con leaking in the floor and making noise. And everything is old and smell bad.
I feel like they are scammed me this is not 4 star hotel, charged me full price for not even 1 star hotel, they have nothing there not even a elevator.
Stay away!

Good location but noisy
