good hotel, misleading google-maps location

Misleading that google maps shows this place to be 15 min walk from Railay Beach, IT IS NOT, it's actually in Ao Nang (beach)... (still a 15 minute walk to Ao Nang's beautiful beaches though). If you dirty up a towl with any colour that the stuff assume un-washable, you will get charged for it. Otherwise helpful stuff, good Ao Nang location.

value for money & helpful staff
Great value for money and the staff are all kind and helpful. Cons. No lift on 2nd floor rooms. Lift available only on 3rd flr to 6th.
