More than decent,with rooms for improvements
Pros:
Staff: Awesome peeps! even though there's language barrier, they tried their best to communicate with us :)
Facilities: Very limited wifi; we stayed at the 3rd and top floor so we couldnt get wifi unless we sit at the common area. others are adequate for a budget hotel
Clean: When we first went it, the room, esp the toilet was *infested* with ants to the point that we couldnt take off our shoes. but all is well after we notified the staff and they sprayed lemongrass every time they come in for roomkeeping
Comfort: Apart from the ants prob, I'd say its really decently comfortable :)
Location: Located about 5-7mins walk from the beach and 2 mins walk from civilisation aka starbucks mcd and other nice restaurants. It doesnt really matter where you stay actually; considering that you can always get the 'tuk tuk' at 2-3baht per person, and all trips to other islands include hotel pick up.
Overall I'd say its worth the money we paid (about 500baht per night per person) although I think there may be others with more value for money considering the high competitions there.
Cons:
Ants everywhere esp in toilet, and a liiiiittle bit far from the main crowd area i.e. the bars restaurants etc. but it's just 2 mins walk really.
Definitely NOT recommended for travelers with heavy/large luggage as there are 4 floors without lift and the steps are high. Try getting lower floors rooms.
