Building work outside at unsociable hours.

I booked for 6 nights, Arrived and there were builders working till 1am. They then started again at 7am. The room smelt damp and the room door that was accessible to anyone off the street didn't have a safety lock. The balcony on the ground floor had people walking about 1 foot away from the it. For a night I would expect you would be safe, get some sleep (which I didn't get much of) and would smell fresh. This was not the place to go for that. Checked out before 9am and requested a refund for the remaining days and moved to another place for not much more cost. it should be clean, hygienic, safe and no building works going on outside the front door. Should improve breakfast variety.
Extend swimming pool time and improve on breakfast. We stayed for 4 days and got the same type of food. Also, breakfast ends at 1130. but when we went there at 9.30 everything is almost finished. but ... อ่านต่อ

not meeting my expectation for money
Booking via Agoda 3 months ahead. Giving us the old room. Everything just look (and really) old. Asking for new towel and told me they will send to room but never.
