Relaxing Stay; Good value for money
Our family had a very relaxing stay. The area where the resort is located is rural and quiet. The resort is on the beach making it very convenient. During low tide rocks appear making it difficult to swim where the resort is located. However, we walked 5 minutes up the beach where there were no rocks and were able to swim. The restaurant, which overlooks the beach and pool, had a varied international menu with great food, and was reasonably priced. Tables were set up on the beach in the evening for dinner. We experienced a beautiful sunset while eating. The pool is big and clean. While lounging at the pool one has a wonderful view of the ocean. However, there are not enough lounge chairs at the pool area (only 12). Guests who came early would leave their towel or some other belonging on the chair so as not to lose the chair when going away for lunch, for a swim in the ocean, or back to their room for whatever reason. There is a small mini mart outside the entrance of the resort. In order to shop or find other restaurants (other than restaurants at other nearby resorts) you would need to pay 100 - 150 baht per person to travel to town which is about 10-15 minutes away by tuk tuk.. Overall, we had a great stay.
