Nice hotel, but lack of service and facilities

nice pool and basic, clean rooms with airconditioning, fride and tv. hot water, but shower pretty week.

there is a bar next to the pool, but all you can get from the bar is beer and coke. not even water!

reception was nearly almost empty, so if you had something to ask from the staff, you had to wait a long time to see anyone.

we liked the klong dao beach much better than the pra ae (long) beach, so for us the location was not so good.

Nice hotel
We stayed during low season, and it definately was quiet. We were the only people staying at the hotel, so had our breakfast brought to us in the morning. The room was ok, but needed cleaning proper... อ่านต่อ

the room is clean and nice to sleep, the breakfast is very bad.

Peaceful, relaxing and very pleasant
Only booked in for 4 nights but ended up staying 7 could have stayed longer.

Would not book here again
This resort is way below standard, not good value for £30, have stayed in far better places. It needs a complete refurbishment. Only plus is the pool, but need more than six sun loungers for the 9 ... อ่านต่อ
