Perfect Location
Most reception staff were very friendly and helpful, check-in was smooth. The one and only lift was very slow, as we were staying on the 2nd floor we used the stairs to the left of the lift (you need to press the red button to get the door to open to the stairs) The exercise was good for us :)
The room was large, with a king size bed and and double day-bed for lounging on. There is a small balcony with chairs and table and a small clothes airer attached to the wall for your wet clothes. A hairdryer is supplied (look for it in the wardrobe). Small shampoo, body wash and body lotion etc supplied and refreshed each day as well as satchets of coffee & teabags, in-room safe. Two bottles of water are also supplied FOC. The cleaning girl on our floor was very friendly and was happy to supply a little extra coffee or an extra toilet roll if needed. The rooftop pool was fine, but seemed a little tired - towels are supplied, just ask the staff behind the bar. The rooftop bar has a very large seating area filled with comfortable lounges to while away the hours which was alway's empty when we went there. Overall a good hotel in a great position for us. Away from Bangla, but only a 10-15 minute walk to Junceylon Shopping Centre depending on the number of people around.
