Great hotel with helpful staff
The hotel is newly opened and is centrally located just opposite HardRock Cafe and the shopping bazaar is just downstair. It is just 5-10 mins walk to the beach.
The room is spacious with a big bathroom plus a bath tub. The wardrobe is accessible from both the bathroom and from the room itself. There is a nice sofa in the room. You can just tap the hotel room's access card on the door unit to open - nice. All rooms come with complimentary WIFI for internet access. There is a nice swimming pool + poolside bar with beach chair at the rooftop together with a gym with ceiling-to-floor glass that allows you to look around the area while working out.
Breakfast is just nice hotel without the sumptious spread of big luxurious hotel. You need to watch it to flaunt your well-toned abs at the beach later!
The staff is polite, helpful and accommodating. They were able to provide information we asked for, loan us the umbrella a couple of times during our 1 night stay and even after we have checked out.
On the whole, I would rate the stay a 8.5 out of 10. The only grouses would be for early-sleepers. The music and songs from Hard Rock Cafe may be a tad too loud if you wanna hit the sack early. But it's not too bad. Also my wife said it would be great if they provide bedroom slippers for hotel guests.
