Lovely hotel, terrible location

The rooms are clean and decent, the staff friendly and everything nice BUT the hotel is in a terrible location. Not very far from the new city (15 min walking or 5 minutes with the free bikes) but in a terrible road: unpaved, muddy, bad lit and after 6pm there are dogs roaming and showing their theet

Rooms leave much to be desired
