Clean nice hotel on the beach, needs improvement
+The hotel is very nice, beautiful location on the beach.
+The rooms were very clean, bed sheets were changed every 2 days.
+The staff was very friendly and willing to help.
+The food at the Picasso restaurant was very tasty.
-At reception only one employee spoke English. At the restaurant only 2 waitresses out of about 10 in total. That made the communication very difficult, especially because the majority of the guests were foreigners.
-The staff at reception had very little real knowledge about the different tours. They only knew who to contact to book these tours. As a result in we went on a longtail boat tour with children, when the weather was getting stormy. This put us in danger, and could have been avoided if the staff had some idea about it.
- The service at the restaurant was slow. We rarely got our meals together. Dishes were forgotten, or came too late. The staff was obviously not professional, and very unorganized.
- The water in the pool was dirty.
