Great location and service

Doing well: - on time scheduled shuttle bus to go aonang beach and pickup from beach - nice breakfast - nice swimming pool and good spa room. The facilities are excellent. - the drivers ( in site pickup and scheduled shuttle bus drivers) are doing great job. They knew me to go another hotel after checked out . They are postive helpful to look for the walking route for me . Finally he knew the place is nearest to phupimaan then he drove a shuttle bus to there. It is so helpful and i appreciated.
To be improvement ; - need hot water for shower - focus the clean as well as the wall (i stayed for spa room, there are some animals dead body and dusty) - improve on security safe . I cant see the security guys .
Overall I highly recommended the hotel is suit for family , single traveller and couple traveller . They can deeply take care for all kind of travellers. Good !
