Clean and very friendly staff

Whole place is beautifully clean and staff are helpful and polite however be aware of the following things: - breakfast was an extra £8 each person per day (and is very average) - there is a steep incline to get to hotel (although they do help when arriving and departing with luggage) - we also booked a room which was under renovation when we arrived, they gave us an upgrade to a very nice room however how we would know wether it was an upgrade and whether it’s right we could book a room that wasn’t going to be available, I will leave up to you.

Need to be clear on the maximum occupancy
