Excellent hotel

Hotel is clean and pretty. Room is massive. Location is fabulous (near everything, but also quiet). Staff was nice and extremely helpful. Price is definitely right. If I go back to Bangkok, I will definitely stay here again (won't even look for another option), and I definitely recommend it.
My one complaint (a big one) is that I bought tickets for a show thru the concierge, and the woman told me the show began half an hour later than it actually began! So I showed up at what I thought was the right time, to find I'd missed a large part of the show. I complained to the night staff at the desk, who told me to speak with the concierge... and I never followed through. Not sure what they would have done, but I think they should have immediately offered me some sort of compensation.
Aside from that, everything was fabulous.
