Good and quiet location, worth the price
Location is the winner. About 100m to the beach road. Snuck on an inner road off the Main Street so it's quiet. There's a massage parlor right in front of the hotel entrance and convenience stores across the road. No elevators so it's a little walk up the stairs. Got placed on floor 2 so it's about 20 steps up. Room is rather large for the price range but shower head (sprays in multiple directions)and balcony light needs to be fixed. View is of the city with the limestone hills but no beach view. Smoker friendly which is good for me but no lingering smell of smoke when I first entered the room. Tons of food outlets within walking distance and many of them halal. Airport bus costs 150 baht and they know the place so you get stopped just across the street in front of the family mart. You can also take the local white songtheaw (long bonnet ones not the newer short bonnet type) to krabi town for 50 baht. There's a discount on the return airport ride if u keep the old stub can call them.
