Dusted room, unhelpful staff and facilities

First, the room is full of dust. Is there no one clean the room floor? I even need to wear my own slipper inside the room due to thick dust. The room condition is like no one stay there before. Second, no iron facilities. Most of hotel have iron facility, it's hotel, not hostel, but room condition more to hostel type, you should change the name 😊 Third, have TV but not function. Fourth, I understand at night people use to sleep but for hotel you need receptionist who will stay up to makesure everything is fine when guest need something. When I go to receptionist to get help or ask something, he was sleeping with his mosquito net which show it's as unprofessional. Pls do some improvement. The location was good. That's the only advantage to stay here. I could say I'm little bit regret for not choosing other hotel.

Nice hotel
The bed is big and clean. The only problem is there is no lift so We need to carry our luggage to the 3th floor
