Very good hotel in every respect

we arrived at this hotel on the wrong day due to a mix up but this was no problem. in fact we had booked and paid for a garden view but were given the more expensive river view for the same price. lovely views. very clean and comfortable with plenty of pillows. ate in restaurant which was first class and with it being the river festival they gave us lanterns and flowers to float down the river.
