New Resort on our Favourite Beach

In our opinion, Haad Salad beach is the best beach on Koh Phangan which is why we keep coming back. This year the resort we usually stay at was fully booked so we checked Agoda, found Villa Cha Cha and we weren't disappointed. The GM, Tanner, was very accommodating and offered us an upgraded room at a very reasonable cost which we took and were very pleased with. I've only given four stars to "value for money", "location" and "facilities" because of the following. Value and facilities: The breakfast that was included in our room price was fantastic however, we did find the prices on the menu were quite expensive compared to other restaurants on the beach. Also, the steps from the resort down to the beach were crumbling. dangerous and difficult to navigate for children or anyone with mobility issues. Location: Probably not the fault of Villa Cha Cha, but the road to the little village from the resort was in disrepair and was overdue for some TLC.

Nice resort with rebuild rooms

More than expected
They just reopened like a month ago. The service they give is above and beyond. Room are clean and great size. The resort is on the best very quiet area. They do make really good food. Hotel manager... อ่านต่อ

Awesome
The beach in front of the hotel is awesome, the staff is always asking if is everything ok, just the food in the restaurant is a little more expensive , but walking in the beach for less than 2 minute... อ่านต่อ
