Villa Cha Cha is remote and all the shops around more expensive than on other parts of island. Gas and rental of motobikes is somehow a monopol as you have to walk far away to the next bigger village.... อ่านต่อ

- Laundry: Used and damp towels folded on random beds. (They mixed my friends towels with mine?) I got a new one in an hour or two when I asked. Even the washed towels were damp. Clothes didn't smell very fresh from the laundry service and they felt weirdly soft (fabric softener?).
- Room: Clean, but bathroom smelled awful. Typical in Thailand?
- Restaurant: Good, but it usually took quite a long time to arrive.
- Services: We booked a ferry from the hotel but the time had changed and no one informed us. We would have missed our flight if we hadn't checked the night before. (Staff member apologised for his colleague.) It took an hour to get all of our groups ferry bookings in order (7 of us and different people went to different ferries). Now it was too late to leave the hotel, which we planned to do. I should have drawn a chart, so it would have been easier.
- My friend had room that had problems with air conditioning.
- Double check everything in Thailand! Don't get too comfy!
