Wrong room than booked on Agoda

I booked and paid extra for a sea view room on Agoda. However, when I arrived they said that was an error and a sea view was much more. I emailed Agoda twice for a refund of the premium paid only to be ignored. So much for best price guarantee.

Beautiful location, great rooms!
We loved staying at Villa Cha Cha. The location couldn't be better on gorgeous Haad Salad. The rooms are modern and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and the food is good. Thumbs up!
