Value for money hotel

We liked the setting of the hotel, from the outside it does not look very inviting, but it is set in a lovely area, each room with a little outside patio. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with good, large beds.

The owner of the hotel was very helpful at times, but at other times seemed disinterested. I asked her for the time of the train to Bangkok, she just pointed to a timetable. When I told her that I did not understand Thai, she ignored me and continued with her business. On our last day, she helped with serving breakfast, and asked me to write a good review.

In spite of this, I will still recommend the hotel

Cheap - room ok - but area not well maintained

Nothing good to say. The river view irregularly shaped bungalow smelled so bad. Paid for two nights but ended up leaving after just one night. Beware if they require a teo nights minimum. Theanager ... อ่านต่อ

Sam's House was adequate.
