Good location, small basic rooms.

sams guesthouse is a little bit run down and in need of a spruce up. we booked a 1 bedroom bungalow which turned out to be a tiny a frame building with just enough room for a double bed and a bathroom attached to the back. it was clean, air-conditioned and cheap but we really needed a bit of room to open our bags!
we upgraded to a bigger room for a very small extra charge. larger bungalows are available along the river bank but there were too many steps for our old legs. we did enjoy our stay here. friendly, helpful staff, clean room and very good location.
