Good hospitality, pleasant stay
Staff are with good hospitality, we are 4 ppl group, with husband & my parents which had booked 2x one bedroom suite. The Hotel can able to fulfill my request at same floor & room next to each other, & with at least 1 room in late check out.
Room is spacious & well maintained. Air-condition can be easily adjusted the room temperature although there are 2, 1 is living room & the other is bedroom.
My booking was included Breakfast, it is a la carte with semi-buffet, taste is good, I like the egg benedict a lot, while my husband took the spaghetti with organic tomato sauce which can be comparable with Italian restaurant.
Didn’t have enough time to try the gym, but did enjoy the swimming pool a lot.
Few steps to Central Embassy due to its opposite of the hotel. 5 mins walk distance to Ploenchit BTS. The only complaint is the traffic if you go to the Hotel by taxi, or limousine becoz so many cars on the road, but that’s Bangkok. Of coz, this is nothing to do with the Hotel, & why don’t take BTS since it’s the most convenient.
Anyway, we’d pleasant stay with Sivatel during our 4days trip.
