Great hotel for those travelling with kids

Great hotel for those with kids. Location is also very good being near BTS and walking distance to shops & spas. The rooms & toilet were nice and big with a seperate living area giving kid ample space to run around. Huge tube in the toilet for couples or kids to hang out in. AppleTV in the living and bedroom were also a huge plus as kids were entertained with YouTube when restless. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, helping to store our pre-cooked infants meals in their kitchen freezer and heated it up for us at every meal time. On top of that, they actually noted my wife's birthday was during our stay when they process our check-in and surprised up with a cake.

There were a few things that could be improved on though.
- maintenance & upkeeping, finishings in the room showed a bit of wear already but still decent enough.
- Room & toilet floors were not the cleanest.
- Water temp and presssure slightly erratic.
- Aircon in the bedroom was not as cold as the living area.
- SPA ridiculously expensive and didn't look impressive at all for the price.

Have said that, these shortcoming are not as bad as it sounds. And they were easily overlooked given the superb service we received during our stay. Would definitely consider staying there again on our next visit to BKK.
