A lovely break from the everyday

We had 5 days/nights at the Koh Ngai Thanya Resort and our experience was good. Despite some early email confusion, once we arrived, check-in was smooth and we were very happy with our accommodations. The resort is beach front and has ample equipment for adults and children to go snorkelling or enjoy other water related activities. The restaurant was good, some days the food was better than other days. Breakfast was a pretty standard offering of Western and Eastern fare. My husband came down with a terrible cold/cough while we were there and the manager was most helpful in providing some syrop and couph drops. The entire wait staff was very personable and friendly. If you are looking to really get away from it all and do very little but swim and sunbathe, then Koh Ngai is the place to go. My only criticism of the place would be the fact that there is no town/centre and hence no real culture, but that has nothing to do with this lovely hotel.

Great stay at reasonable price

Relaxing days with nice christmas celebration
