New, modern place with some problems

My experience with this hotel is generally good.
Very clean, new and modern rooms with Spacious and comfortable beds. Beautiful swimming pool with great views. Staffs were generally very friendly.
However, the front desk seemed to be frustrated with me when I asked them to help me make calls to Grab to locate my lost wallet. This left a very bad taste in my mouth. You should be helping out any guest who are in distressed. Although the person did help me, he was showing frustration the whole time.
Another problem was with the water heater. It can not maintain warm temperature for more than 20 seconds.
Overall the hotel is worth the money but just needs to fine tune the smaller issues and provide more training to the staff to handle issues.

Decent stay for the price.
Lovely big room, comfortable beds, clean room and great rooftop pool. Current construction was a bit disappointing and is in a back street which can be hard to locate.
