Clean and comfortable. Beautiful pool. Avoid Sukhumvit 4 Red Light District (one streetEast)

Pros: New clean rooms with comfortable beds, ample power sockets, good TV channels. Beautiful rooftop pool - comfortable temperature. Friendly staff. Free shuttle to end of road. Cons: sporadic hot water in shower, though pressure was best in Thailand. Location was close to BTS, but one street away from Nana seedy Red Light District - Sukhumvit 4 (one street East). Food options were limited to very authentic Thai street food (cooked early and left out all day and and lots of flies), American fast food chains, or seedy Nana restaurants where you are supplied with a lady. Sadly, I ate way too much McDs here. Traffic congestion all the time. Tips: use Phloen Chit station to avoid slimey Nana Red Light District. Ask for 5th floor or above for view above trees. After staying in BKK 3 times, preferred area is Khaosan Rd as close to river, The Grand Palace, and other tourist sites. Obviously no fault of the hotel. I would recommend this hotel for this area of BKK.

Does it get better at this price range? No!
I paid around 1300b/night on my stay in low season. The hotel is located on Soi2 but you can walk through a parking lot to Soi 4 in less than 5 minutes. I think this makes it great for solo travelers... อ่านต่อ
