It’s all about the rooftop

I booked this hotel months in advance and could not get a response from the hotel which was a shame. Check in was quick and good. The room was definitely not the one we booked and paid for, but it did the job and had most facilities. A kettle would have been ideal but I guess the downstairs coffee shop would be the reason for that. The major selling point was the rooftop pool and bar. Incredible. Good location too, close to bars, restaurants and BTS. Another disappointment was the late checkout charge. £30 for 2 hours (2pm-4pm) was extortionate. So, a good hotel for the location but needs some improvements in the running of it.

Great pool area in OK location

Great value and location
