wow...and wow! such a lovely hotel and service!

when we arrived at pai tan in bang tao, we had just come from a terrible hotel experience on ko phi phi. how lovely it was to arrive to find very clean rooms, linens, pool, grounds, etc. manee, the owner/operator, is friendly and efficient as are the remaining staff. pai tan is not in the thick of the tourist crowd of bang tao, but close enough by walk (beach is only 500 m away)or tuk-tuk (markets are 5 minutes away) to everything and much quieter. my kids loved the resident kittens and stepping out of our villas into the pool each day. it is obvious that manee cares about the details of making her guests' stay enjoyable and comfortable. even the brand new van to the airport felt luxurious! i highly recommend pai tan to couples, young families....everyone!

Very nice, peaceful and cosy place
5minutes walk to beach, passing shops which is good. Everything is near. Silent resort and nice staff.
