The hotel was nice but the customer service was nonexistent. The hotel manager was not friendly or helpful. Furthermore, the rooms where not too clean and we found ants everywhere. The hotel had complimentary breakfast but they do not start serving until 8:00 am so we missed breakfast on most days because the excursions we went on started early. Breakfast also was not wonderful. They served fresh fruit, toast, eggs, and sausage but the eggs and sausage were cooked in the microwave. The location is also a little out of the way and there is not much to do in the area. It is also expensive to get around the Island. At night time, there is only a guard and no staff in the hotel. I had an incident where the cleaning staff through away something of mine, but there was no one there to help me and I left to the airport the following day and the manager was still not there.
