Dusty rooms, nice lobby

We arrived very early at TR guesthouse, even before the front was open. An old woman came out and started cleaning the tables and floor, and allowed us to sit down and wait to check in. Eventually, TR came out and showed us to our room, which was a fairly good size and well-furnished, but very dusty! We wish they had cleaned our room as thoroughly as their lobbies! Despite daily room cleanings, the state of dust did not improve.
The lobby is pleasant to sit and eat lunch in, though there are plenty of nice restaurants and street food nearby. The guesthouse also has a lot of information about tours and renting bicycles to get around Sukhothai. If you can, definitely eat in the town as opposed to the many small restaurants lining old down Sukhothai!
