Best affordable option in New Sukhothai

The staff are very friendly and provide a very clean and comfortable environment. The area is very quiet, rooms look newly renovated, beds are very comfortable, good water pressure in the showers, and it is a great location.
The night market is just across the bridge on the main road (3-5 min. walk) and it is even closer to the best bar and restaurants. Be aware this is a solid 20 minute+ drive from Sukhothai Historical Park, but it is quite close to the public songthaew/bus to the park (walk west on the main road about 5 minutes and look for the large vehicles and signs).
The only down side is the rooms in the main building only have small windows, but there are bungalows in the back that might be brighter.
We've stayed here multiple times and the owner and staff are always extremely friendly. 5/5!
