This hotel is full of cockroaches

I checked in the hotel and went out. After I came back the lights were off (as expected ) but as soon as I turned on the light I saw a cockroach on my bed. Then I went to the toilet there were few tiny ones. After I lied down on the bed I saw 2 more and then just couldn’t sleep there. So I went to the reception and then they changed me to another room on different floor. Guess what! This room is also full of cockroaches.
Went to the reception and they shifted me to another hotel bird room hotel nearby which is also own by the same owner.
Luckily there wasn’t any cockroaches in the new hotel.

Hotel location is very good. Clean rooms and they had clean our room every day. Receptionist in the night was not friendly and she is rude. Even she didn't smile with us or don't look at us when talk... อ่านต่อ

Great experience! Worth the price. Good location specially if you're into shopping.
Rooms have dim lights. Plus lots of tiny cockroach. Improve the breakfast next time.

We have found bed bugs on the bed. Staff are not friendly at all. I left room after a day.

Bad facility and service
There are bugs under blanket and bed due to dirty cleanness. The receptionist was very unhelpful and rude. Will not come back or recommend to others
