Good for the price

For the price Baan Bua is a great deal. The staff are very friendly, it's reasonably clean and has a nice garden area.
A few setbacks was the lack of internet in the rooms - I could only access it from the communal areas. Secondly, the sheets were all a bit wor. - mine had several holes in them and appeared a bit stained.
Apart from that, Baan Bua is in a great location and slightly set back from the main roads so is quiet at night. I would recommend his place to others on a tight budget, but there are also others in the near vicinity which have better wifi access (if that's what you require).

Nice garden, but noisy at night
