As described, but...

The room is basic, as described; there was only a problem with it (quite important for me!), the water in the bathroom and basin is brownish, really gross, I wish I’d had know before booking this guest house.

nice quiet place
Although it is just a 10 minutes walk from clock tower and busy street in center you hear only water and birds. Quiet and nice place in the garden.

Great stay
Stumbled across this place very last minute as we had missed our connecting bus and had to stay an extra night. Really nice stay with a cute little garden.

Location near the busstation but very quiet with a nice garden.
Nice place, very basic, bathroom needs some maintenance. Helpful and very friendly staff.

3rd Stay in Chiang Rai & Highly Recommended
Location can be identified using Google Map. This is my 3rd time staying in this Guesthouse & they have pretty nice garden. Worth for money & highly recommended.
