Booked room not provided

Booked and paid for a Standard Double bed Aircon room but disappointingly not available when I arrived at guest house. Was offered aircon dormitory, twin bed with fan and an old place.... but it was an inferior alternative for the charges that I have paid. I left and booked another hotel nearby.
