Place made wonderful by lovely owner

We liked this place so much we came back a second time. The lovely and extremely helpful owner "Tim" is the best part of this guesthouse. She greets every request with a smile and all the help she can give. She is very knowledgeable about Chiangrai and its surroundings, ways to travel onward including good guesthouses - and when offering suggestions she took into account our mobility issues. The guest house is close to the main street and night market, but is in a quiet residential corner. The garden is a lovely spot to sit, relax, have a good meal. The room was basic and very clean. Bed was comfortable. Fan worked well.
