Clean, comfortable, friendly helpful staff

I find the staff friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They speak English well. the rooms are large and comfortable with everything one needs, a balcony with a lovely view of Bangkok, beautiful swimming pool, sun all day long, nice gym, sauna. The cleaners are efficient, clean every day. The bathroom is lovely with a nice bath tub. I have nothing negative to say, I stay there every time I'm in Bangkok. Some might like a more central location, it is 15 minutes walk from MRT, but they provide shuttle buses. Everybody is polite and helpful. Thank you, B.U. Place
