Poor cleaning of rooms and only few beach towels 👎🏻

‼️The plastic shower curtain was super old and very dirty, really disgusting, with mold. We asked for change, they just take curtain from other room, which was only less dirty and gave to us. Friends in other room have same problem...😡 I don't understand, if it's so big problem to buy new with some synthetic fabric, which is easy wash and keep clean.
❗️Cleaning of ground in rooms (wet cleaning) still problem in this hotel. ❗️Not enough beach towels, when you go to swimming pool. Staff told us 3 days "sorry, we don't have. Tomorrow", but hotel was not full... So they have only few towels..

Smelly room, broken AC
Not very clean. Found someone else’s piercing on the table. Strong smell from bathroom, they put something down the drain to try to hide the true smell. AC broken. At full power, the room were about 2... อ่านต่อ

Good value for money in Chaweng
Stayed Deluxe room, lake view. Very spacey with high ceilings. Good location, close to everything.
