Bad service

The place has a lot of potential but the rooms are run down and the staff is not useful or helpful at all.
Upon requesting the staff to spray my room to kill the mosquitoes in it, they suggested that I go to 7-11 and buy mosquito repellent.
The first 2 days of my stay the room was not cleaned even though I requested it several times.
The pool is the only good thing in the hotel.

Never again
We had the "Villa", a two-bedroom bungalow for 110€ a night, so really not a cheap room. The housekeeping only showed up after telling them to clean the room at the reception (no phone at hte room). ... อ่านต่อ

your staff on night shift asked me to show Id. just because I am Thai with my foreign bf but they didn't check the room is in my name. old room with bugs

Old and need to be improved
Good location, close to central shopping center and main night life, etc. But, rooms a not clean, territory is dirty, bad smell in rooms and lobby. Not for the rest place at all.

Pleasant stay
Staff were friendly, good location and easy to walk to Central mall. Wi-Fi was mostly working well, but sometimes slow. Mattress was very firm.

great value for money
The hotel is a bit old, air condition is a bit noisy, but location is great and value for money is very good. I believe i would come back to that hotel in the future.
