Too commercial

Pros: - new hotel, less smell in the room. - spacious room with sink in the middle. Weird setting. - 5 mins walking distance to Patong beach. - many small shops and places to eat nearby. - clothes hanger to dry clothes in the balcony (but the balcony floor was dirty). - housekeeping lady on the second floor of the rear building is polite and friendly.
Cons: - extra child charged although NO extra beds or extra-whasoever given. - NO extra towel given although we have paid for the extra child. - poor facilities : small pool, even smaller kids pool (but then, we came to Patong to swim in the beach), no muaythai show or such. - poor amenities : no extra toothbrush, no comb, no razor. Receptionist simply pointed and said, "You can buy them at 7-11". - poor lady front desk receptionists' attitude (minimal english-speaking staff, no smiles all around). - service lift area stinks (cos they just throw used towels pilling up on the floor in front of the lift). - slippery stairs from pool area.

Looks great in photos but Horrible you cant sleep!
