Ideal location

Location is great. Approx 2 blocks from Bangla Rd and just across from the beach. We had a room facing the street on the same floor as the pool, the perfect location for us. Had a balcony which would have been better with a couple of stools so we could enjoy the activity below. Room was clean but found glass on shower and top of mirror could have been cleaner. Great Pool area. Breakfast was really good too. Cleaning staff and breakfast staff were very helpful and friendly. Found staff at reception hard to communicate with and felt as though they couldn’t be bothered to help.

Excellent Hotel

A very hotel to stay at if you are the first time visitor to Phuket, food and travel agents were around the hotel area. Transport is very convenient too.

The hotel its pretty nice and clean, but the staff in the were awful. They made wait for so long to check in because the person was on the phone.

Awesome place
Would hope the front desk would be more knowledgeable of local food, etc but the hotel itself is great. The best part was the roof top pools/bars! Great place to catch a sunset.
