Nice place, good breakfast, staff not too friendly (reception)

Breakfast was great, nice room ( & grateful for a free upgrade), stayed for 2 nights in the end but when we got back from a long day out our room hadn't been made up - made do with it but had to go to reception to get what we needed. pool bar pretty poor, slow service - no one really seemed to care.

Awful pillows. Great resort.

Nice Hotel in the middle of all actions

location very strategic located near the beach and walking distance to almost everything in patong
