Close to Bangla, Nice Rooms, Mediocre staff

The room was excellent. Huge bed, very clean, great bathroom. The corridors that lead to the room had me worried as they were worn down and the layout is quite confusing. A couple reception staff were poor, unprofessional however others were good. There is a lot of parking in the basement. Very overpriced low quality food (normal for Patong) is directly below the hotel. A good place to visit Bangla road from with nice rooms
